SVAD 499

Students must complete the Arts and Sciences Internship Contract and obtain signatures from the Instructor of the Internship course, the Director of SVAD, and their Advisor. The final step is to obtain the Dean's signature, which you can obtain by uploading the signed contract following the instructions below. After the Dean signs, it is then forwarded by the Dean's office to the Registrar's Office, and then the student will be cleared to register for the course. You still need to register for the class as usual once all the paperwork is finalized, so don't forget this step. Follow this link for more information.
